2) Review payment & delivery info
PRICING: The cost for each book within the continental United States and Canada is $24.95 for paperbacks and $44.95 for hardcovers, plus shipping. Shipping fees are outlined in the table below and only one shipping fee is charged no matter how many books are included in your order.
